Kathleen Brown’s strong performance in nearly every aspect of the mortgage industry has brought her much success in her illustrious career. Starting as a receptionist for a mortgage company in 1989, she was soon trained to be a loan processor, closer, and post closer. Her background in underwriting enables her to position home loans in York effectively to deliver a personalized and exquisite experience to each client she serves.

Known as Kathy to her friends, clients, and coworkers, her impressive career includes being an FHA Direct Endorsement Underwriter, VA SAR/LAPP Underwriter, and an Underwriter for over 10 years. She currently serves on the Board of The Shadowfax Corporation and is a York Builder’s Association volunteer committee member.

Outside of her career, Kathy Brown loves spending time with her family and friends at the beach, listening to music, and reading. She also has a soft spot for dogs and enjoys caring for her two furry friends.
